1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the PadelPeak website or booking system, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Court Bookings

• Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or confirmed reservation.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a refund or reschedule.
• Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in forfeiture of the booking slot.
• PadelPeak reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, with full refunds provided.

3. Partner Discounts

Partner discounts (UBL, Dubai Islamic Bank, etc.) are subject to verification of valid partner credentials at the time of booking. Discounts cannot be combined and are subject to availability. Terms and conditions of individual partners apply.

4. Facility Rules

• Appropriate sports attire and footwear must be worn on courts at all times.
• Players are responsible for any damage caused to equipment or facilities.
• PadelPeak is not liable for personal injury sustained on premises due to player negligence.
• No outside food or beverages are permitted inside the court area.

5. Limitation of Liability

PadelPeak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our facilities or services. Our liability is limited to the value of the booking in question.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
